🛼 Inline Skating Lessons Plan – 14 Weeks (1 School Term)
Goal: To develop beginner skaters into confident, safe, and skilled inline skaters through structured weekly lessons.
Week 1: Introduction & Safety Awareness
Objective: Familiarize learners with skating gear and safety rules.
Week 2: Balance and Posture Basics
Objective: Build balance and correct skating posture.
Week 3: First Glide & Basic Movement
Objective: Learn how to move forward with control.
Week 4: Learning to Stop (Heel Brake & T-stop)
Objective: Teach basic stopping techniques safely.
Week 5: Turning & Maneuvering
Objective: Develop basic turning skills and direction control.
Week 6: Backward Balance & Rolling
Objective: Build awareness and basic backward movement.
Week 7: Speed Control & Smooth Gliding
Objective: Improve speed control and longer gliding ablity
Week 8: Intermediate Turns (Crossovers – basics)
Objective: Learn how to make tighter, more efficient turns.
Week 9: Skating Confidence & Flow
Objective: Combine all learned skills in continuous flow.
Week 10: Backward Skating Development
Objective: Improve backward skating control.
Week 11: Agility & Obstacle Handling
Objective: Build agility and reaction skills.
Week 12: Mini Endurance & Rhythm
Objective: Build stamina and rhythm in skating.
